Information about electronic invoicing!
ATTENTION Only for companies and freelancers that are EgnatiaPass subscribers and receive a Monthly Invoice.
We would like to inform you that, pursuant to:
- a) the Joint Ministerial Decision nr 52445 ΕΞ 2023 regarding the application of articles 148-154 of Law 4601/2019, which stipulates the obligations in relation to e-invoicing in the context of Public Procurement Contracts (B2G transactions),
- b) the Ministerial Decision nr 78366 ΕΞ 2023 regarding the application of articles 158 – 160 of Law 4972/2022, which contains further clarifications on the obligation on the part of economic operators to submit electronic invoices, and
- c) articles 158 – 160 of Law 4972/2022 regarding the harmonization of the national legislative framework with the Directive 2014/55/EU on electronic invoicing in public procurement,
«EGNATIA ODOS S.A.», as far as e-invoicing is concerned, issues, as of 15.09.2023, a monthly “Invoice for the Provision of Services”, through its Certified e-Invoicing Service Provider (epsilondigital-info@epsilonnet.gr), which, from this date forward, consists the official tax document to be transmitted to My Data platform.
The monthly “Invoice for the Provision of Services” is dispatched within the period between the 15th and 20th of the month following the subscriber’s journeys, via e-mail, by the said Provider.
Using myEgnatiaPass application (accessed through the website www.myEgnatiaPass.gr or through the smart-phone application myEgnatiaPass) subscribers may still get their Monthly Statement, which no longer constitutes an official tax document and, from now on, it will be an “Itemized List” of the journeys carried out by the subscriber each month.
Companies and freelancers that do not get their invoices for the provision of services via email should contact immediately Subscribers Support by phone at +30 2310 470100, to confirm that the email registered in EgnatiaPass is valid.
